Goal takes a look at the prices on offer at various retailers around the United Kingdom with the latest EA Sports game soon to be available

FIFA 18 is set for its global release on September 29 and fans are excitedly counting down the days until they can get their hands on the new update in the insanely popular EA Sports series.

The standard version of the game is priced at £54.99, while the Ronaldo edition is more expensive at £79.99 and the Icon edition is the most expensive at £89.99.

However, there are deals that can be availed of, while certain retailers inevitably offer better value than others.

WHERE CAN I GET FIFA 18 EARLY?

Gaming retailer GAME is holding a special midnight launch for the FIFA 18 Ronaldo edition on Monday night leading into Tuesday, September 26, which will allow fans to get their hands on the game three days early.

Over 200 GAME stores across the United Kingdom will take part in the launch, a full list of which can be found on the retailer's official website.

If you are not too bothered about getting the game early, GAME will also be hosting midnight launch events for the standard edition of FIFA 18 on the evening of Thursday, September 28 ahead of the September 29 release date.

Interestingly, the retailer will be staging FIFA 18 tournaments and skills challenges at their various local 'Belong' arenas around the UK from 20:00 on September 25 until Sunday, October 1.
