Levante 2-0 Atletico Madrid

Levante was expected to be a mere speed bump on Atletico's road to a surprise La Liga title. However, Keylor Navas put up an impenetrable wall, keeping a clean sheet and helping his club to a 2-0 upset. The Costa Rican goalkeeper made seven, count 'em, seven saves, keeping Arda Turan, Raul Garcia, Toby Alderweireld and the rest of the Champions League finalists from getting their names on the scoresheet.

Navas has shined on the grandest stages, his previous POTW award coming after a standout performance against Barcelona, and is increasingly drawing the attention of clubs and columnists in Spain. "He's a goalkeeper who dominates all the records, and (Saturday) he made a catalog of all his qualities," wrote Julian Burgos in AS.

The Tico showed his reflexes and his general command of the match. Without Keylor Navas, we might still be looking at a pretty normal picture in La Liga. While Atletico may still finish strong and win the title, Levante made things interesting. For his role in that, Navas is our CONCACAF Player of the Week.

Congratulations to Keylor Navas, Goal's 21st CONCACAF Player of the Week winner!

  The Shortlist

Luis Montes - Leon

The odds were already against eight seed Leon heading into a Liguilla tie with top finisher Cruz Azul, and even more so when the Apertura champion fell behind 2-0 in a second leg. But Montes and the Leon midfield sprung into action and he capped off the rally with a winner to keep his team's season alive.

Juan Agudelo - Utrecht

"Agudelo ended his loan with Dutch side FC Utrecht in style, delivering a goal and assist in a 2-1 win over Vitesse Arnhem on Saturday. Agudelo finished his half-season loan with three goals and three assists across 14 matches." - Goal USA's Ives Galarcep

Chad Marshall - Seattle Sounders

"A reliable defensive force for Seattle since arriving via an offseason trade with the Columbus Crew, Marshall made a clutch contribution on the offensive end Saturday as he headed home an 84th-minute corner kick to give the Sounders a 2-1 win against Philadelphia." - Goal USA's Thomas Floyd

Carlos Vela - Real Sociedad

Another week, another Vela goal. As rumors of an Arsenal return swirl around the El Tri exile, he's finishing the season the same way he started it: by scoring at will. Sociedad couldn't hold the lead, but Vela won't be held at fault for the 1-1 draw.
