Barcelona's Cesc Fabregas has insisted that the team is firmly behind Gerardo Martino despite reports the Argentine could be under pressure at Camp Nou.
A 3-1 loss at Real Sociedad last weekend saw the Blaugrana surrender their lead at the top of La Liga, with Real Madrid moving three points clear with victory over Elche.
Fabregas, however, says the side has full confidence in its coach and has an excellent chance of a clean sweep of silverware this season.
"No doubt we're with Tata, we are with him to the death," said Fabregas to Sport.
"We are delighted with the management because we are good physically at the key moment of the season. On arrival he met with a difficult situation, with an established template, but he came in quickly and adapted well.
"When he has had to be self critical he has always done it, like few I have seen in the world of football. He knows if it was wrong or not, but he is a person who knows to rectify things. He has also demonstrated his personality by making his own decisions without being influenced by what others say.
"We believe very much in this template for all it has done in the past. This team has a lot of talent and plenty of attitude. If we want to do something important this season we have to be at 100 percent, and I trust that.
"The [Real Sociedad] defeat has come at a time that has allowed us to open our eyes. Sunday will show that Barcelona have trained well, rested and have no excuses."
Fabregas believes Sunday's Madrid derby could present Barca with an ideal opportunity to move back to the summit of La Liga.
"If something happens then we can return to the top," he said. "An Atletico playing at 100 percent at home can do harm to any team in the world.”
