Neymar backs Martino rotation policy

The Brazil international has had to bide his time at Camp Nou but believes his coach is doing the right thing by utilizing his entire squad.
Neymar has backed Barcelona's rotation policy under Gerardo Martino and is confident the approach will mean key players remain fit for the entire campaign.

The 54 million euro summer signing played from the start in the Blaugrana's 1-0 win over Celtic on Tuesday with Lionel Messi absent through injury, but has had to watch on from the substitutes' bench on more than one occasion this term.

Cesc Fabregas recently acknowledged he was finding it difficult growing accustomed to not playing every week, but Neymar has offered his backing to Martino's desire to utilize the entire squad at his disposal.

He told TV3: "The most important thing is the union within the squad, this makes us stronger and helps us to win games. It's a good system, everyone has the right to a rest so we don't pick up injuries. The most important thing is the team is in peak condition and because we have so many good players we can do this."

The 21-year-old has made eight appearances in all competitions since arriving from Santos and scored two goals.
