Barcelona's Adriano set to miss three weeks

The Brazilian was forced shortly before halftime after putting his side in the lead early on, and the club have now confirmed he has suffered a muscle tear in his right thigh
Barcelona defender Adriano has been ruled out for three weeks after sustaining an injury in the Blaugrana's 3-1 win over Celta Vigo.

The 28-year-old was replaced by Dani Alves after just 38 minutes of action at Camp Nou, and the club has now confirmed he will be sidelined for most of November after suffering a muscle tear to his right abductor.

"Adriano Correia sustained a tear in the adductor of his right thigh in tonight’s match against Celta. He’ll be out of action for three weeks, according to the Club’s Medical Services," the club said in a statement.
