The Portuguese international has affirmed his commitment to the Spanish champions and claims that he is focused on achieving further success at the Santiago Bernabeu
The Portuguese winger refused to celebrate his two goals against Granada on Sept. 2, and revealed after the match that he was unhappy due to a professional issue.
He soon left the Spanish capital for international duty, but after claiming two wins with the Seleccao, he has now returned to the club, and is eager to quell speculation over the cause for his melancholy.
"Two games, six points. Mission accomplished. Yesterday we could have scored more goals, but it is also true that Azerbaijan greatly complicated our task. In any case, the final result of both games was very positive and it is now time to return to the club and think only about my club," he wrote on his Facebook page.
"I would like to reaffirm, without being concerned about contracts, that my focus is solely on winning every game and every available trophy with the essential company of my teammates and all madridistas."
Goal.com confirmed on Wednesday that the Spanish champions would consider offers in the region of 200 million euros for the former Manchester United man.
