Xabi Alonso - Real Madrid
Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso has shrugged off a muscular problem and will likely play a part in Saturday's Primera Division encounter against Getafe.
The 30-year-old missed training sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday and looked to be a major doubt for the game, but the midfielder looks set to feature in the local derby after being named in the matchday squad.
Another man who is likely to see action for the Liga leaders is Sergio Ramos, who returns after missing last week's 3-1 victory over Real Zaragoza through suspension.
However, Angel Di Maria, Marcelo and Sami Khedira are all injured and will miss the clash at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez.
There is no place in the matchday squad for Ricardo Carvalho or Hamit Altintop as los Blancos look to increase their seven-point lead over rival Barcelona.
