Guardiola: The Goals 'Relaxed' Barca Against Leonesa
He says Bojan is a valued member of the team.
Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola has said that the goals against Cultural Leonesa "relaxed" his side in their Copa del Rey win at Camp Nou.
The champions won by five thanks to a brace from Bojan Krkic and one each from Pedro, Lionel Messi and Xavi, securing a 7-0 aggregate victory in the process.
"I congratulate the team because this is the way forward. After the break we had a little more rhythm, speed and better movement of the ball. The goals helped us to relax a little," he told a post-match press conference.
Guardiola also praised the performance of two goal hero Bojan Krkic who is gradually returning to his best after injury.
"I am very happy for him, especially the first goal because he is a player who can get in there, where he scored. He will do well and should continue his efforts. Not only for the goals, I want the most out of him because you need them. He is valued by the club and the team," he added.
