Sevilla striker Luis Fabiano has given a strong indication that he may soon be set to leave the Andalusian side in search of "other opportunities."

Fabiano, who joined Los Nervionenses from Sao Paolo in 2005, had been linked with a summer switch to Milan and has also been rumored to be a target of Premier League champions Manchester United and now the player himself has suggested that a move might be on the horizon.

"Other opportunities will come. My contract is running out and, in time, will facilitate my exit. A player has to seize opportunities," he was quote as saying by AS.

While Fabiano mooted the idea of a possible move away from the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, he also expressed his gratitude to Sevilla for helping him get back into the Brazil side and said he is happy playing for them.

"I'm not at one of the big clubs because Sevilla's president [Jose Maria Del Nido] loves me. There have been proposals, but I'm also very happy in my team, who enjoys a wonderful time. It is also the club that has given me the opportunity play for the national team again. I have to thank them," he said.
