Valencia Game Against Barcelona Switched To Saturday
Atleti get must play on the Sunday evening before their Chelsea trip.
The Professional Football League (LFP) have announced changes to the schedule for the next round of fixtures in the Primera Liga, with the feature game between Valencia and Barcelona kicking-off at the Mestalla at 22:00 CET on Saturday October 17.
Atletico Madrid may feel a little aggrieved at the fixture changes which sees them as the only Spanish outfit with UEFA Champions League commitments to have to play on Sunday.
Abel Resino's side face a trip to Osasuna on Sunday evening at 19:00 before their crucial showdown with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night, while Sevilla, Real Madrid and Barcelona all play on Saturday.
