Player Ratings: Real Mallorca 1-1 Barcelona
Barcelona qualified for the Copa del Rey final for the first time in 11 years despite having Martin Caceres sent off and not playing very well against Real Mallorca. Goal.com watched the game and gave each player a mark out of ten.
REAL MALLORCA
Lux 7 - Made a superb save in the first minute and denied Alves, but had very little else to do before having to pick the ball out of the net.
Josemi 6 - Found a unique way of stopping Messi as he brought the Argentinian down and injured himself and was sent off into the bargain.
Ramis 5.5 - Became agitated even though he had not been tested very much at all by the ineffective Bojan.
Navarro 5 - An absolute clanger for the equalizer as he did not clear a simple ball and all Mallorca's hard work was for nothing.
Corrales 5.5 - Solid, but not special and that summed up much of Mallorca's performance against a Barcelona side that were there for the taking.
Marti 5 - A bad penalty that was hit down the middle allowing the keeper to save with his legs when he could have given Mallorca a commanding lead.
Castro 6.5 - Lively throughout and was certainly fouled for the penalty when he looked set to be rewarded with a goal.
Mario 5.5 - If Barcelona had their first choice midfield playing then he would have had to do a lot more than he actually did.
Arango 6 - The captain did what he could to drive his team forward although his performance was no inspirational.
Keita 7 - A live-wire throughout as he caused both Puyol and Pique problems with his speed and ability, but he was unable to find the net.
Webo 6 - Had the ball in the net but was offside and he will have been frustrated not to have had the chance to have a go when in a better position.
Subs
Aduriz 5 - Came on to help Mallorca win the game, but change was undone by the defensive mistake and Barcelona's leveler.
BARCELONA
Pinto 7 - There is not much more than can be asked of a keeper than to save a penalty at such a crucial time and it gave Barcelona a boost.
Alves 5.5 - Huffed and puffed, but looked hurried in possession and provided no service at all to the front players from his position on the right.
Pique 5.5 - Another lumbering display that saw Keita able to move around him, but he did not make any big mistakes and can be satisfied.
Caceres 4 - Had a chance to impress in the cup and claim the left-back spot, but giving away a penalty and being sent off saw him blow that.
Puyol 5.5 - The skipper showed that he is fallible as Keita passed him on occasion although he did show good leadership at times as well.
Busquets 5 - Played poorly against Espanyol last time out and again summed up Barcelona's recent form with another unconvincing display in midfield.
Toure 7 - One of the main reasons that Mallorca were unable to break through more often as his physical presence was a big bonus for Barcelona.
Keita 6.5 - Also held back the red shirts on an evening when too many Blaugrana players tried tricks and under-hit passes.
Iniesta 6 - If he had scored at the end of his early run, the game could have been completely different, but instead he did not and Barça had to battle.
Hleb 5.5 - Has made it known that he wants to play more and then did not take his chance, instead putting in an ineffective display on the right.
Bojan 5 - Was marked out of the game and did not test Lux at all, which given the hype surrounding the youngster should have happened.
Subs
Messi 6.5 - Having perhaps over-rated him at the weekend, this time it is fair to say that he stood out as the best of a bad bunch with his goal.
