Huntelaar Pleased With Real Madrid Debut
New Los Blancos striker, Huntelaar, almost marked his La Liga debut with a goal last night against Villarreal and he was annoyed not to have taken his chance.

While Diarrà had a typically solid debut as a defensive midfielder, Huntelaar was slightly disappointed with himself for missing a golden opportunity to score infront of the Bernabéu faithful.
“I had some great chances and I should have scored, but their goalkeeper [Diego López] also made a great save,” he said after the game.
“It would have been marvelous to score as I would have liked a goal to thank the crowd for their support.
“But still, I am very happy that the team won all three points. It was a great night and there was a great atmosphere and I’m not feeling tired at all,” he added.
