Philipp Lahm: Bayern Munich failed to show up against Freiburg
The Germany international was less than impressed with the Bavarians' display versus the Bundesliga minnows on Saturday evening

Bayern Munich defender Philipp Lahm has expressed his frustration with his side's performance in Saturday's scoreless Bundesliga draw away against Freiburg.
The Germany international feels that the Bavarians lacked aggression and has warned his teammates that they must improve in order to stay in the race for the league title.
"We did not invest enough in the first half. We weren’t prepared to run hard enough, we weren’t aggressive enough, we didn’t show up in fact," Lahm was quoted as saying on the club's official website.
"We have plenty to discuss over the next few days. The result is a huge setback. Before the weekend, it was in our own hands, but we’ve thrown away that position now.
"I am not so much worried about the league table as about our performance though. If we continue to play like we did today, it will be very hard to win the Bundesliga title."
Bayern returns to action on Wednesday when they lock horns with Basel in the Champions League round of 16.
