Perhaps the biggest match of Bundesliga season so far will take place on Friday when Bayern host Hoffenheim in a first versus second-place match-up as Hoffenheim lead Jurgen Klinsmann's side by three points at present.
Luca Toni seems to have re-found his scoring touch recently and spoke about the upcoming face-off between the two clubs.
"We deserve first place. Things will sort themselves out," said the Italian international, according to adnkronos Agenzia. "Hoffenheim are ahead of us at the moment, but we can fix things."
Toni was confident Bayern and their fans would put on a great show at the Allianz Arena: "To be sure, those at the stadium will make it a great match."
Toni's comments have also recently been echoed by German internationals Phillip Lahm and Miroslav Klose, who claimed Bayern is the stronger side in Friday's match-up.
