Bayern Munich striker Luca Toni has often found himself looking in at the German club's first team plans, but it appears now that he may get a chance to shine again in red and white. Linked with a move to every top flight club in Europe, it appears the Italian is set to stay and play at Bayern.

Germany Takes Group
Despite going down to ten men Germany topped Guus Hiddink's Russia squad 1-0 on a Miroslav Klose goal to secure the top spot in Group 4 of European World Cup Qualifying. Spain also kept their good run of form going with a 2-1 win over Armenia thanks to goals from Fabregas and Mata.
