The Rossoneri supremo says the club must concentrate on helping academy products to flourish as it aims to "start a new cycle" at San Siro.Silvio Berlusconi claims AC Milan must turn its attention to the youth academy talents in order to return to the summit of Italian football.
Milan has gone without silverware since winning the Serie A title under Massimiliano Allegri in 2010-11 and finished short of the European places last season after a dismal campaign.

Club president Berlusconi believes youth could be the key in the attempts to become a major force on the continent once again.
"We have to start a new cycle and start winning again like we did in the past," the Milan supremo told Oggi. "We have to appreciate and rely on the youngsters coming through our own youth academy as well.
"Let's not forget that Milan are still the most successful club in the world."
Mattia De Sciglio is one of the few players in Filippo Inzaghi's squad who came through the ranks of the Milan academy, along with Bryan Cristante.
Much is also expected of creative midfielder Hachim Mastour, who came close to making his official first-team debut at the tender age of 15 last term.
