Tevez unhappy with Juve draw

The Argentine scored twice in the 2-2 stalemate with Hellas Verona but is only concerned with winning the Scudetto.
Carlos Tevez says he was unhappy despite scoring two goals for Juventus after they drew 2-2 gainst Hellas Verona on Sunday.

The Bianconeri threw away a two-goal lead in the dying moments at the Marc'Antonio Bentegodi, having raced into the lead thanks to the Argentine's double.

But Tevez says he is more concerned about the team's fortunes in the Serie A title race than scoring goals for personal glory.

"I cannot be happy, even though I scored two goals. We drew a game we needed to win. We are Juventus, it's not a result for us," Tevez said. "I'm only interested in winning the Scudetto, not scoring 20 goals. In the second half, we did not have the intensity and Verona had more courage.

"It's true, we were very uninspired, but it's not because we are mentally tired, you just have to work hard in the week as the coach asks."

Juventus added Southampton forward Dani Osvaldo to their ranks in the January and Tevez revealed his delight at the signing.

"Osvaldo is a great addition for us. We had some good exchanges despite the short time we've had to work together."
