The manager has been impressed with his acquisitions and expects them to have a big impact this season.
The Bianconeri cruised to the league title last season but have bolstered their ranks significantly with the acquisitions of Fernando Llorente, Carlos Tevez and Angelo Ogbonna. The latter two were involved in last weekend's 4-0 Italian Super Cup win over Lazio, and Conte says they have all adapted well to life at Juventus.
"I'm very happy with the three new signings," Conte said at a pre-match press conference. "They've fit in well and will help us out a great deal."
Juventus' preparations for defending the league title have been hampered by a knee injury to midfielder Claudio Marchisio, who is set to miss more than a month.
"We'll definitely miss Marchisio, he's an important player," Conte said. "I hope everyone else will be available so I can have more options."
Juventus starts the campaign as the firm favorite to retain its domestic crown, but with Napoli enjoying a fruitful summer of rebuilding under new boss Rafa Benitez and Vincenzo Montella's Fiorentina doing the same, Conte is predicting a tight battle.
"It will be an extremely tough campaign. Certain teams have significantly bolstered their ranks," he said. "We can't hide from the fact that we're favorites. But the favorites don't always win. We'll need to show we're the strongest."
