The Bosnian midfielder is happy with his first season at the Stadio Olimpico and affirmed he expects the club to finish high in the Serie A standings
The Giallorossi's first season under the aegis of their American owners ended in disappointment as the club finished in seventh position in the league, outside the European qualification zone.
However, Roma has been very busy revamping its squad in the summer with fresh faces, and Pjanic thinks that the club will fare much better this time around.
"I think my first year in Italy was good, but I hope that I will be able to do even better," he told Roma Channel.
"We have a new coach now and we have to get used to his methods. We can do very well this season. I think that we will fight for a place in the top three."
The Bosnia international scored three goals in 33 appearances in his first season at Roma following his transfer from Olympique Lyonnais last summer for a reported 11 million euros fee.
