Juventus defender Giorgio Chiellini has seen a strong willingness from his team-mates to improve and hopes it can continue in 2011.

The stopper is also hoping that the team can claim a trophy at the end of the season, as a just reward for all their hard work.

"The first few months of 2010 did not go like we hoped, and there were a few problems," the Italian international told the club's official website. "Now, we have the willingness to do well .

"We have had the odd problems during this new season, but it is normal after a raft of changes. With the months passing, we have found an equilibrium and things are now on the right path.

"All we can do is now continue like this, growing and maturing match after match.

"Individually, I hope to continue having fun and becoming an even more important player for the Bianconeri and Italy. I also hope that we can finally win a trophy as well," he concluded.

The Turin giants sit in fourth place on the table, five points off leaders Milan.
