Former Coach Carlo Ancelotti: Milan Can't Spend & Won't Spend On Transfer Market
Ancelotti believes Milan won't spend, but that doesn't mean a lack of trophies.

Former Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti doesn't expect the club to spend big on the transfer market.
The Chelsea coach feels president Silvio Berlusconi will continue to embrace his policies to curb spending and keep the club in line financially.
"Did I expect a big hit? Absolutely not. I know the programmes of the club and the directors are working to keep in shape with the financial fair play plans," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
And he agrees overspending doesn't always ensure success.
"I think that this is the right way to go. You cannot just throw money out of the window."
Berlusconi was once again in the media spotlight last week when he gave a rampant overview of the club's strategies - a drama that was branded 'the Berlusconi show'.
Ancelotti didn't follow the act, but he imagined the scene.
"Berlusconi show? I heard about it. Berlusconi is the fortune of Milan and the fans must understand this.
"And Galliani is the best director around. You will see that Milan will soon return to winning ways."
