Luca Toni Wants Roma Stay Instead Of Bayern Munich Return
The Italian hitman is hoping to remain in the capital.
By Salvatore Landolina
Luca Toni is confident he will find an agreement with Roma and Bayern Munich to extend his stay in the Italian capital.
Toni is on loan until the end of the season, but it is expected he will remain at Trigoria.
"At the end of the year I will talk with Bayern and Roma, but I don't think there will be any problems in finding an agreement," he told La Gazzetta Dello Sport.
With his future to one side, the focus turned to objectives, and he all but conceded defeat in the Scudetto race after the Giallorossi dropped two points against Livorno.
"We threw away two points, a win would have completely re-opened the title race," he added.
"Now we have to win all our games and keep hoping."
