Milan Confirm David Beckham & Alessandro Nesta Operations
The Rossoneri are supporting their two influential players as they prepare to go under the knife.

Milan have thrown their support behind injured duo Alessandro Nesta and David Beckham, who will go under the knife shortly.
Nesta, who is suffering from an injured popleteal tendon in his right knee, is at the Villa Stuart clinic in Rome. He will have surgery later when a Milan medic arrives to help professor Pier Paolo Mariani carry out the surgery.
Beckham is on his way to Turku in Finland to fix the suspected broken Achilles tendon he suffered on Sunday night against Chievo.
A statement on Milan's official website has confirmed the news.
"Every Milan fan is by Sandro Nesta, who is at Villa Stuart for an operation to his knee by Professor Mariani and Milan medic Massimo Manara, and David Beckham, who will travel to Finland for an important and delicate operation to his Achilles tendon."
Sky Sport Italia claims Nesta will be out for at least 70 days before he can return to action. It's more serious for Beckham though.
Earlier, surgeon Sakari Ovara claimed the England midfielder will be out between three and four months.
