Agent: Cristian Chivu Will Remain At Inter
Victor Becali clarifies the situation regarding the Romanian stopper.
The agent of Inter defender Cristian Chivu has insisted that his client will not be moving to Manchester City, and joining former coach Roberto Mancini.
Victor Becali has read about the rumors regarding the Romanian stopper, but rubbishes the links to the Citizens.
"They are rumors that I have read in the newspapers," the agent revealed to TMW. "But in regards to my client, there is nothing to discuss.
"No-one from the English club has contacted me, either directly or indirectly. Cristian is tied to Inter for the next two-and-a-half years.
"The interest from another club always makes the player and his entourage proud," concluded Becali.
Inter take on Chievo during the midweek fixtures.
