Jovetic: I Want To Stay And Win Trophies At Fiorentina
The talented youngster is not looking to leave Fiorentina any time soon.
Fiorentina ace Stevan Jovetic has pledged his allegiance to the club as he eyes silverware in the future.
The Montenegrin starlet has been the driving force behind a number of Viola successes this term and he has promised further glory, as he believes his team can match the "big three" in Serie A.
"I see myself in Florence for the future. I want to play at the highest levels here because Fiorentina give me great joy," he told Guerin Sportivo magazine.
"I want to win something important with the Viola even though we are not Scudetto material this term. But, we will be able to fight for it in a couple of years."
Cesare Prandelli's side have booked a place in the Champions League last 16. Part of the spadework which led to glory in Europe was delivered courtesy of Jovetic, who scored twice against Liverpool on Matchday Two when his brace against them saw his side become the standard bearers.
"The two goals against Liverpool? I couldn't sleep when I got back home that night. It was a moment that I can never forget."
