Diego: Inter's Sneijder Plays Like A Brazilian
The Juve man has revealed his admiration for Sneijder who will miss the derby d'Italia with injury.
Juventus ace Diego has heaped high praise on Inter's Wesley Sneijder ahead of the derby d'Italia as the pressure gauge continues to rise.
The Brazilian knows it's a must win game for Juve against a Nerazzurri side that boast resplendent talent throughout their squad. Sneijder has been left out of the team to face Juve as he has not yet recovered fully from injury. Nevertheless, it has not stopped Diego from praising the Dutchman.
"What do I think of Sneijder? He has great technique. I used to watch him when he was at Ajax. He has the class and play of a Brazilian. It's an advantage for us if he doesn't play," he is quoted as saying on Tuttomercatoweb.com.
Despite the Old Lady's recent struggles, the former Werder Bremen man is taking it upon himself to revive the team and offer a source of hope.
"Juventus have been built to win and we have to show this on the pitch. Inter are the team to beat and they deserve great respect, but we are confident," he concluded.
