Alessandro Del Piero Ready To Win Over The Juventus Faithful Once More
'Pinturicchio' is excited ahead of Sunday’s clash with Udinese.
After having rarely featured in the opening 12 rounds of the campaign, Alessandro Del Piero spoke with excitement to CorrieredelloSport, as he prepares to start from the first minute against Udinese on Sunday evening.
“I have been living these past few days with the same enthusiasm as that of a new season,” he declared.
“I feel I am starting from zero because up until now I have been a passive observer.
With the suffering finally over, and injury seemingly behind him, the Juventus captain expressed his delight with a message on his official website.
“I am ready and full of desire to take all that I have missed in the past few months. I want to re-conquer the side once more and help Juventus reach the objectives we have set ourselves.
"Without my team-mates this recent spell out would have been much harder to bear and I am ready to repay my dues on the field."
