Inter defender Ivan Cordoba believes that Milan could be a contender for their league title until the end of the season, thanks to some great performances and results in recent weeks.

Cordoba praised the Rossoneri's squad and warned his team-mates to remain careful, despite the seven point advantage they have over their city rivals.

"They have great players, a coach like Leonardo who is growing and have a lot of experience, both in terms of players and as a group," explained the Colombian international to inter.it.

"Initially the team did not go through a very good moment, but they always possess weapons to recover and I think that Inter must be careful about this, and therefore continue to do well like we are doing now.

"The most important thing is the good of the team, because, in the end, we're all happy or sad for what we reach or we could have reached," concluded the player once thought to be the quickest defender in world football.
