While they are still nine points off league leaders Inter, as well as only one point ahead of third-placed Olympique Marseille in Europe, Alexandre Pato is thrilled with the improvement that the Rossoneri have made recently.
The young striker has also rediscovered his touch in front of goal in recent weeks, and is desperate to fire Leonardo's side to glory.
"I want to win the league and the Champions League, to always be doing well at Milan and to give my best. I am very happy here," he announced in an interview with Sky.
"I'm doing well on the right hand side [of Milan's 4-3-3 formation] and I'm doing my job for the coach and for all of my team-mates. I want to go back and help my team-mates in defence, I'm happy to do my work for them and for the team."
Milan travel to Lazio this weekend, and will be hoping for a repeat of last season's 3-0 victory in the Stadio Olimpico. While the Biancocelesti have not won in the league since August and were humbled by Villarreal on Thursday night, Pato is under no illusions as to the talent at their disposal.
"We know that it's a difficult game, but we have to do what we have been doing in training this week. We will go to Rome in order to get the three points because they are very important for us."
