Xabi Alonso: Things At Real Madrid Have Not Changed
The former Liverpool midfielder believes that talk of a crisis at Los Blancos has been greatly exaggerated, stating that there has never been an issue with morale in the squad.

Xabi Alonso believes that Real Madrid's win against Getafe has set them up well for the trip to Milan, and he believes the spirit in the camp has never dropped.
The Spain international midfielder is confident that the depth of talent that Los Merengues have can ensure that they avenge the reverse by the Rossoneri two weeks ago in the Bernabeu.
It was that defeat that began the club's recent problems. A draw with Sporting Gijon was then followed by the Alcorcon cup reverse, but Alonso thinks that little inside the squad has changed.
"Our spirit is the same," he told the club's official website. "You have good and bad weeks in football. Fortunately we managed to win on Saturday, but the Champions League is a completely different competition.
"We have to remain upbeat and play our best football against Milan if we want to make it into the next round."
Kaka returns to the San Siro for the first time since he left Milan in the summer, but the Brazilian has not said much about the prospect.
"It is a special match for him. He had some great years here [in Milan] and he will get to see some former colleagues," Alonso explained.
"He hasn’t had much to say. We played Milan a couple weeks ago and not much has changed."
