Wesley Sneijder could be offered to Inter Milan as a part of Real Madrid's bid to sign Brazilian defender Maicon.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Los Merengues are prepared to offer €20 million plus Sneijder to Inter, a deal which the Italian club would not be averse to.

Whilethey would prefer the 27-year-old right-back to stay at the San Siro, they will not keep him at the club against his will should a lucrative offer arrive.

Inter boss Jose Mourinho is said to be a fan of Sneijder, whose first team opportunities at the Bernabeu could be limited, following the signings of Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka.

Therefore, a potential deal could be benefical for all parties, if Maicon truly wants to leave Inter and jump on board Florentino Perez' rollercoaster ride.

Maicon's recent comments suggest that he feels undervalued at the San Siro and this alerted clubs all across Europe, but Real Madrid are said to be the only ones to have registered an official interest.
