With Florentino Perz now confirmed as Real Madrid's new president, the rumor mill is going into overdrive.

Real Madrid are considering making an offer of €40 million plus Wesley Sneider to Inter for Zlatan Ibrahimovic in case AC Milan block their move to sign Kaka this summer, according to a report.

Los Merengues' new president, Florentino Perez, is admanant that he will sign one, if not two, major names and has added the Swedish international to the list of possible buys.

La Gazzetta dello Sport believes that Madrid will make the offer for Ibrahimovic when they learn about their quest to prise Kaka away from the Rossoneri.

Speculation has been rife in recent days about the former Ajax forward, with Barcelona being linked to a fantastical €70m move in one report and a €30m plus Samuel Eto'o plan in another.

There was talk of a €40m purchase during Perez's presentation as a candidate for the Real Madrid presidency, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, and Sneijder has been linked with Inter for several weeks.

It does appear likely, the Spanish press state, that at least five of the six Dutch players at the Bernabeu will be sold, with only Klaas-Jan Huntelaar having a chance of staying.

But with Manchester United now being linked with him and Ibrahimovic being on Madrid's list, there could well be some movement as Perez begins his rebuilding programme.
