Curci: 6.0- Had a good command of his own penalty area tonight but had no answer for Maicon who beat him twice on the evening.
Del Grosso: 6.5- Provided the beautiful cross that led to Siena’s only goal of the match.
Portanova: 6.0- Was lucky not to have been carded for his swan dive in the penalty area in the 25th minute.
Brandao: 6.0- Did an admirable job of keeping a close eye on Balotelli and Ibrahimovic this evening.
Zuniga: 7.0- Made a world-class block on Muntari early in the second half that most likely saved a goal and will be proud of his performance tonight.
Galloppa: 7.0- Was a man possessed tonight especially in the first half, and gave the Inter midfield all they could handle.
Codrea: 6.0- Battled hard in the midfield trenches but was no match for the likes of Cambiasso and Muntari.
Kharja: 7.5- The midfield dynamo was one of the best players on the pitch and capped off a good performance with a great header that beat Julio Cesar.
Vergassola: 6.0- Provided some good crosses from the right-hand side but failed to find the target on a couple efforts on goal tonight.
Ghezzal: 6.0- He was anonymous for long stretches of the match and could not find a way around Samuel and Cordoba.
Frick: 5.5- Missed a golden opportunity to open the scoring in the 15th minute and to make matters worse whiffed on Balotelli’s delivery that ended up on Maicon’s foot for the first goal of the match.
SUBS: Maccarone (76”) 6.0, Calaio (89”) NA
Julio Cesar: 6.0- The normally dependable goalkeeper has been nervous in the last few matches and tonight was no different as he spilled the ball on more than occasion.
Maxwell: 6.0- The Brazlian right-back must take the blame for Kharja’s goal as he failed to stay with the Moroccan midfielder but made up for that mistake with a great flick that found Maicon for the winning goal of the match.
Samuel: 7.0- The no-nonsense Argentine defender was his usual diabolical self at the back tonight and won everything in the air.
Cordoba: 7.0- The speedy Colombian defender made a couple of vital blocks and marked Frick right out of the match this evening.
Maicon: 8.0- Playing the best football of his career at the moment and continued his sensational play with two goals to give his team three precious points.
Muntari: 7.0- Was a tower of strength on the left-hand side and managed to test Curci on three or four occasions.
Cambiasso: 7.0- Did a valiant job protecting the back four and swept up everything that was in front of him.
Zanetti: 7.0- The ageless Inter captain earned his paycheck with a solid performance is a hostile environment and made sure the team kept their heads high after Kharja's equalizer.
Jimenez: 5.0- Returned from a long injury lay-off and looked a little rusty and was taken off early in the second half.
Balotelli: 6.0- Super Mario was anything but as he failed to impress tonight and was substituted early in the second half.
Ibrahimovic: 6.5- Was already in holiday mode as he looked uninterested in the first half before turning it on in the second 45 minutes.
