Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has insisted he will be able to justify his huge price tag once the new season gets underway.
The Belgian sensation signed for the European champion last month in a 32 million pound deal from Lille, and big things are expected of the Ligue 1 Player of the Season after he netted 20 times in 35 appearances and contributed 16 assists for the French side during the 2011-12 campaign.
However, the pressure that comes with such a hefty transfer fee is not affecting Hazard.
“My transfer fee does not put pressure on me. I am ‘Zen’ — very calm — about it," he told The Sun.
Despite the Belgian’s confidence, he admits there will be a few poor games as he adapts to the rigors and demands of the Premier League.
“I am going to play [some] bad games,” Hazard conceded.
