The Portuguese defender thinks that his teammate deserves to be a part of the Seleccao's setup, while saying that David Luiz will become a world-class center half.
Chelsea right back Bosingwa has spoken of his surprise to see teammate Ramires left out of Brazil's squad for the upcoming friendlies. The 25-year-old midfielder has not featured for the Selecao since August despite playing a key role for the Blues in 2011-12.
Ramires admitted at the weekend that he was hopeful of a return to the national team, following Chelsea's Champions League success, and Bosingwa has lamented Brazil coach Mano Menezes' decision not to take his teammate under consideration
"Ramires had a very, very good season," the defender is quoted as saying by ESPN Brasil.
"In my opinion, I think it is an injustice that he is not playing for Brazil. He deserved more respect and consideration."
The former Portugal international then praised David Luiz, who has been the subject of much criticism throughout the season for his style of play.
"David is a young player who has been growing," he added. "He will be a top center half, there are no words to describe his ability."
