The South Korean international has backed the Japanese star to do well should he join the Red Devils, and has stated that he would like to see out his career with at Old Trafford.

Manchester United midfielder Ji-Sung Park has stated that Shinji Kagawa, can "play well" should he join the Red Devils from Borussia Dortmund.

Park seems well away of the reported interest in Kagawa from his club and stated that he would welcome the move.

"Kagawa already has experience in Europe and good quality," Park told reporters. "If he comes to United, I think he'll play well."

After missing out on winning the league by way of goal difference to neighbor Manchester City, Park realizes the past season has been a disappointing one but is keen to move on, while declaring his intention to see out the remainder of his career in Manchester.

"It was disappointing season but past is past, I'll focus on what to do from now on," Park added. "It's true that I want to retire at United, but it does not depend on me."
