The midfielder will be in the stands for his side's Premier League match with Spurs, the side against which he was playing when he suffered a cardiac arrest two months ago.
The midfielder has been recovering from a cardiac arrest suffered against Harry Redknapp's side in an FA Cup tie in March.
Muamba was clinically dead for 78 minutes but has since made a recovery and experts have even suggested that he could make an incredible return to playing one day.
"We are absolutely delighted that we will be able to welcome Fabrice and his family back to the Reebok, and we are all looking forward to seeing him," Bolton manager Owen Coyle told reporters. "It's fitting that the match is between these two clubs and that Fabrice is able to come along.
"I know Fabrice is very keen to show his appreciation to both sets of fans for their support."
