Manchester United Leave Owen Hargreaves Out Of Champions League Squad
New signing Bebe also misses out.
By Zahi Sahli
The 29-year-old, who has only made one appearance for the Red Devils in the last two years, has been included in the club's Premier League squad, but has failed to make the cut to feature in the group stage of Europe's elite compeition.
Meanwhile, new Portuguese signing Bebe was also overlooked as United surprisingly named a squad of just 24 players when they could have added one more.
Bebe cost United over £7 million in the summer but question marks have been raised over his abilities to meet the standard required at Old Trafford.
