Jack Wilshere: I Might Leave Arsenal On Loan

Midfield starlet doesn't rule out gaining experience away from Emirates.

Arsenal youngster Jack Wilshere has not ruled out leaving the Emirates on loan this season, after reports today that several clubs were interested in signing him on a temporary basis.

Rangers, Celtic and Middlesbrough have all been linked with the playermaker over the last day or so.

He admitted he would prefer a move to a Premier League club rather than a Championship or SPL outfit.

"I'd think about a loan move, but I think it would have to be in the Premier League," Wilshere said, according to The Sun.

"Not that the Championship's a bad league at all, but it might suit me differently.

"I've seen things about Middlesbrough, Celtic and Rangers being interested and there may be others but a Premier League side would be better.

"I'd rather stay and be involved at Arsenal though, of course, we'll see what happens."

Wilshere has started only three games for the Gunners so far this campaign, all in the League Cup.

That could change on Wednesday though, with manager Arsene Wenger promising a youthful line-up when his team travel to Olympiakos for the concluding game of the Champions League group stage on Wednesday.
