Fulham Boss Hodgson Knows Nothing About Hull Bid For Zamora
The Cottagers boss is in the dark as far as moves for his striker are concerned.
The player's manager at Craven Cottage, Roy Hodgson, however, claims that he knows nothing about such an approach, and, as far as he is concerned, the striker will be a Fulham player once Premier League hostilities resume in August.
"I don't know anything about it," Hodgson told Sky Sports.
"I
spoke to the chief executive yesterday [Friday] and of course, I spoke
to him in the morning, and he may have something different to say when
I speak to him tonight. At that stage there had been no offer for Bobby Zamora
"I don't know if that is just paper talk or they have made a bid for him. At this moment in time I couldn't confirm or deny it."
Zamora scored two Premier League goals for the Cottagers last season, as they secured a Europa League spot with a seventh-placed finish, their highest ever league position in the top flight.
