Beckham Wants Moore Records
With the international fixture list closed for the year and David Beckham picking up another two caps, he is within touching distance of equalling Bobby Moore's 108 haul.

After throwing up his lunch at the last World Cup, relinquishing the captain’s armband, and subsequently getting axed by next manager Steve McClaren, even the most ardent of David Beckham fans would grudgingly admit that the right midfielder's days in the white, long-sleeved shirt of the three lions, were numbered.
However, the East Londoner has forced current England coach Fabio Capello into giving him pitch time in a similar vein as he did when the pair were both at Real Madrid.
He is no longer the first choice for the right flank, such is the threat that the pace of Theo Walcott, and the resurgent runs of Shaun Wright Phillips, can pose.
But his cameo appearance against Belarus meant that Becks is now on 107 caps and still counting, is one shy of Bobby Moore's 108 total, and should the LA Galaxy man feature in all of England's remaining World Cup qualifiers then he will end the round on 116, just 9 shy of Peter Shilton's 125 cap record.
