"Neymar is a genius. He will be a key player at the World Cup. What is most striking about him is his character. Players with good judgement and confidence are needed."
The former Real Madrid defender is now in charge of Turkish Super Lig outfit Sivasspor but revealed he harbors lofty ambitions in his new life as a coach.
"The Bundesliga is incredibly sexy, or do you think Pep Guardiola went over there because Germany has the best beer?! Maybe I will be the first Brazilian to manage a Bundesliga club.
He added: "One day I want to manage Brazil."
