The Gunners have expressed an interest in the Italy international but the player's representative says his client will remain in Turin.
The 26-year-old has started only two games in Serie A for Antonio Conte’s side this season and is in danger of missing out on a place in Italy’s World Cup squad next summer.
Earlier this month, Goal UK reported that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is weighing up a move for Schalke’s Julian Draxler as the Premier League leaders attempt to reinforce their attacking options following Theo Walcott’s season-ending knee injury.
“Giovinco and Arsenal? There is a request for information but not an interest that goes beyond that,” Claudio Pasqualin told Tuttomercatoweb. “The occasion, however, it is useful to reiterate that Sebastian will remain at Juventus. It's nice there are interests of this type but they are destined to remain as such."
