Fulham signs Parker from Tottenham

The 32-year-old, who has previously enjoyed spells with Charlton, Chelsea, Newcastle and and West Ham, has decided to spurn QPR in favor of a move to Craven Cottage.
Fulham has confirmed that it has completed the signing of Scott Parker from Tottenham.

The 32-year-old midfielder has decided to spurn the interest of Harry Redknapp's relegated QPR to sign a three-year deal with Martin Jol's side, and he joins for an undisclosed fee.

Fulham will be Parker's fifth London club, with the England international having already enjoyed spells with Charlton, Chelsea, West Ham and Tottenham during a distinguished career.

“I’m delighted to be joining Fulham and I’m looking forward to meeting my new teammates at training tomorrow morning," Parker told the club's official website. "Fulham is an established Premier League club and I look forward to trying to help the team progress even further over the next three years."

While playing for West Ham, Parker was named the Football Writers' Association Player of Year in 2011.
