Gomes: I'd love to join PSV

The Spurs goalkeeper, who has a year left on his contract, has not made an appearance for the first team in nearly two years and is now weighing up his options.
Heurelho Gomes has labelled his situation at Tottenham as "not good" as he looks to re-join PSV having not played for the north London club for two years.

The Brazillian's last appearance for Spurs was against PAOK Salonika in Nov. 2011 in the Europa League.

The 32-year-old, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Hoffenheim, told The Sun: "My situation at Tottenham is not good.

"I can leave on a free, even though I have a year left on my contract. I have told them I want to go."

The goalkeeper was signed from PSV Eindhoven by Juande Ramos in 2008, and has underlined his intentions to go back to the Dutch Eredivisie club.

"I would love to rejoin PSV. It would feel great to return as I spent wonderful years with them," he added.

"I feel fitter than ever. I'm in my early 30s and I can still perform. If PSV want me, I would say yes."
