The striker's agent has hinted that the Denmark international is set to join the Bundesliga side in a 3.5 million euro dealArsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner is closing in on a move to Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt, according to the player's agent.
Reports had suggested that the German club is set to complete a deal in the region of 3.5 million euros for the Denmark international.
Bendtner, 25, has been in the Arsenal set-up since 2005 but has been deemed surplus to requirements at the Emirates Stadium.
He spent last season on loan at Serie A champion Juventus and previously had a temporary spell at Sunderland.
The Dane’s agent, Tom Brookes, told Ekstra Bladet: "I can't say too much but I hope to have everything sorted out by the end of the week. I was in Frankfurt last Sunday."
