The gifted attacker's representative has seemingly ruled out a return to Brazil at this point and insisted that her client is happy with life at San Siro
"There have not been any negotiations with Santos or Atletico," she told Superesportes. "That possibility does not exist."
The 28-year-old has strongly been linked with a new challenge in recent weeks and Brazilian sources have suggested that Santos and Atletico Mineiro are both hot on the trail of the player.
However, Robinho's representative insisted that she has not held talks with either side.
"He is fine at Milan and very happy at the club," Alija said.
With the Brazilian transfer window slamming shut on July 20, Alija admitted that there may not even be time to thrash out a deal for Robinho.
"Even if there was an offer, Atletico would have already had to table it to have enough time to sign him," she explained.
"From what I have read, he has friends at Atletico who would facilitate his transfer, but there is no such thing. Robinho must also be consulted, he needs to have the final word."
