The Argentine striker wants to stay with Roberto Mancini's side despite reports linking him with a move to Real Madrid after just one season in the Premier League.Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has committed his future to the club, dismissing speculation that he is set to leave this summer.
The 23-year-old enjoyed a successful debut season at City, scoring 23 league goals including the crucial last-gasp winner against QPR which secured the Premier League title on the final day.
The Argentina international has been linked with a move back to Spain with Real Madrid but has now denied these rumors and revealed that he is happy with life in Manchester.
"My future is at Manchester City," he told The Times. "I want to stay here. My contract has four years left to run and I see myself being here at least as long as that.
"There are always rumors, but there is no truth in them. I am not thinking about moving to Real Madrid or anywhere else. City have treated me very well from the very first day I arrived, I'm settled at the club and my family are happy in Manchester, and I want to stay."
The forward went on to say that he feels he can accomplish all of his goals with City.
"I can win everything that I want to win here," he said. "We have won one title now and we can go on to win more. Once you have one, you are desperate for the second, the third, the fourth, and it will be the same with us. We won the Premier League title this season. Why shouldn't we believe we can win it in years to come, too?"Follow GOAL.COM USA on
