Roberto de Assis Moreira, agent and brother of Flamengo forward Ronaldinho, has stressed that the experienced attacker is keen to stay at his current club.

The former Barcelona star has recently been linked with a return to Europe as Panathinaikos has allegedly set its sights on Ronaldinho, but his brother has insisted that the 31-year-old is very happy with life at Flamengo.

"I have not spoken to anyone about a potential transfer. He is very happy here where he can always visit his friends. He's still a big name in world football," Assis was quoted as saying by Lancenet.

"He's getting some good results here. He has made over 50 appearances and has scored 20 goals. He has even returned to the Selecao. He is very happy and wants to focus on his performances on the pitch."

Ronaldinho scored the only goal in Flamengo's win over Internacional on Sunday.
