Agent: Giuseppe Rossi moving to Barcelona will be very difficult if the club signs Udinese's Alexis Sanchez

Representative has played down rumors that his client might join Camp Nou outfit amid growing speculation that Sanchez will move from Udinese.
The agent of Villarreal's Giuseppe Rossi, Andrea Pastorello, has cast doubt over the possibility of the Italian striker joining Barcelona during this summer transfer window.

Despite the Camp Nou giants having a 45 million euro war chest to improve on their squad, bringing in both Udinese's Alexis Sanchez and Rossi is not likely, according to the representative.

Barca is thought to be closing in on Sanchez, and Marca reports that Pastorello said: ''Rossi signing for Barca would be very difficult. If there is 45 million euros to sign [new players] and Alexis goes to Barca for 30 million euros then there is no money to pay for the transfer of Rossi.''

The agent insists it is up to Barcelona whether it wants to sign the American-born forward or not, adding:
"If the club wants Rossi, they must prove it. But if not, nothing happens. They are free to sign whoever they want. There will be no problem, football is football.''

Pastorello concluded by saying that if a move to Catalunya does not materialize, the 24-year-old could ''wait another year with Villarreal".

The Italian, who enjoyed a superb season in La Liga with the club from El Madrigal, scoring 32 goals in all competitions, was thought to be Barca's prime transfer target, but it now appears that the club has turned attention elsewhere.
